Used this for our yard sale on a very hot June morning and it worked perfectly. It was large enough to go the full width of the driveway and still cover us behind the tables and our 6ft tables set up in a large U shape. It definitely takes two people to set up. It's best to pen up frame a bit then put the canopy on top. Then open the canopy even more to velcro the canopy to the correct uprights (the velcro is strong and didn't pull lose even a little). Once all velcrored you need to go underneath to push up. This step is the hardest, not because it's hard to push up but because it's a little tricky to get underneath. We found it easier to lift up to get underneath rather than trying to crawl underneath. Pushing up the legs is also easy. They are red release buttons on each leg. We took it up to first notch and found that because of the slant of our driveway we had the front legs up a notch higher than the back and it was very stable. It does come with guide ropes and stakes but we didn't need them when we used it.Take down is also easy. You need to bring down the legs and then partially collapse to disconnect the velcro. Just as with the set up, two people are required due to the size. The canopy definitely needs two people to fold (3 may be better) and getting it back down to size to fit in the carrying bag is the hardest part of take down.The storage bag is ingenious because the zipper is on the bottom. It's really easy to unzip, tilt on its side, slip the bottom out and then pull the bag up off the frame rather than trying to put the framw down into the bag. The whole thing is heavy but the wheels in the bag make it not too difficult to maneuver.I've had 10×10 tents before and never realized how much more versatile a larger tent would end up being!
