I am a Kohler brand customer by preference, but I must admit that this item exceeded my expectation. It is hefty and seems well made and the installation of two of these went in without issue. The finish on the metal is exceptional and I am pleased entirely with this drain.Just what I needed, and searched for weeks was available from Amazon for an affordable price and quick shipping. It’s easy to install and looks great. So happy with this purchase.Seems well made, works as expected. Push it down, the water stops. Pop it up, the water goes down. The pop up feature works very well and is designed to aid in cleaning of the pipes in case they get clogged. Installation was a snap, although I did have to use plumbers putty and Teflon tape to stop a could of leaks with the bare install.In summary, follow plumbing best practices and this will be an easy to use, great looking piece of sink hardware!This drain is a bit more pricey than comparable drains on Amazon but I feel that it was fully worth it. The drain arrived quickly, well packaged and felt solid. It installed easily. I didn't even need the extra drain extensions that are often necessary. The best part of the drain is the push pop-up feature. It feels extremely sturdy and functions very well.Install instructions leave a lot of questions, but YouTube videos can fill in the blanks. Use plumbers putty at the top for a complete seal. Make sure you know the size of the existing drain, or you may need a reduction seal ring for a size change.My only issue is that I actually wanted this in gold and not brushed gold. but with so limited inventory for a gold pop-up drain of this size... well beggers cant be choosers! Real happy with the end result in any regards.
