This is a beautiful fixture and we are excited to install. We did receive the wrong size supply lines and spent quite a bit of time at the hardware store to make it work, it the supply lines given to us are not for American fixtures. However I called the number and the gal was very friendly and is sending out the correct supply lines for us to wrap up the install. We are very excited to use this waterfall faucet. There weren't any choices until I found this for an amazing price! It looks great and seems sturdy and well made. I have not installed it yet because the hoses did not fit, but they agreed to send out hoses that fit standard 3/8" supply valves.I ordered this faucet and it looks great but unfortunately the hose wasn’t compatible with my plumbing valve. I reached out to the company and they are sending the correct hose size free of charge. So easy to work with. Looking forward to this beautiful sink.The faucets look nice but did not come with the 3/8ths hoses which are needed to install. Seller agreed to send out for free.Ordered this product and found that the hoses were not the right size for an American installation. Contacted customer service number - who promptly returned our call and is sending the right connections! Can't wait to install!
